Nothing. Bizio does not bill at the moment and does not ask for a card. Every account gets the whole product while we are in early access.
When billing is switched on, and not before. We will email every account at least 30 days beforehand, and nobody is charged without entering a payment method first.
No. They are what we currently intend to charge, shown so you can judge whether Bizio suits you long term. They are in Australian dollars because that is where the company is registered and bills from, they exclude GST, and they may change before billing starts.
No. There are no plan tiers in the product yet, so an early access account is not held to what its future plan would allow. The split above is where we are heading.
Yes. A purchase order can be in the supplier's currency and an invoice in the customer's, the rate used is recorded on the document, and the exchange difference posts to the ledger. The tax rules built in today are Australian GST.
Yes. Customers, products, orders, invoices, stock and reports export to CSV from inside the app, and you can ask us for a full export at any time.
Card checkout, and anything that submits a document to an authority. Bizio prepares, validates and exports customs and export paperwork, but you lodge it. It works out tax and gives your accountant the figures, but lodging the BAS is still their job. Carrier connections cover only what you have set up with a provider. Where something is missing, the product says so rather than pretending.
