These terms govern your use of Bizio. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By accessing or using Bizio ("the Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bizio ("Bizio", "we", "us").
Bizio is a cloud-based business management platform for small businesses that buy, hold and sell goods — importers, exporters, wholesalers and distributors. The Service includes customer and supplier management, quoting, sales and purchase orders, inventory across warehouses, shipping and export documents, invoicing, job tracking, reporting, and related features as described at biz-io.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
To use Bizio you must create an account. You agree to:
— Provide accurate and complete registration information
— Keep your password secure and confidential
— Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
— Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you are 18 or older.
Early access: Bizio is currently provided free of charge. We do not operate billing, do not collect a payment method, and do not charge accounts. No credit card is required to register.
Future paid plans: If and when billing begins, plans will be charged in Australian dollars (AUD), plus GST, at the prices then listed at https://biz-io.com/pricing. The prices shown there today are indicative and not final.
Notice before charging: We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before billing starts, and no account will be charged without first entering a payment method and agreeing to the price.
Cancellation: During early access there is nothing to cancel; you may stop using Bizio or ask us to delete your account at any time. Once billing exists, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
You retain ownership of all business data you input into Bizio (clients, invoices, quotes, etc.). We are a data processor, not the owner of your data.
You grant Bizio a limited licence to store, process and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Upon account termination or your request, we will provide a data export in a standard format (CSV) within 14 days.
You agree not to use the Service to:
— Violate any applicable law or regulation
— Infringe any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
— Transmit malware, spam, or harmful code
— Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
— Resell or sublicence the Service without permission
— Use the Service for any fraudulent purpose
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this policy without refund.
The Bizio platform, including all software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by Bizio Pty Ltd and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to resupply of the service or the cost of having the service resupplied.
Subject to clause 8 (Australian Consumer Law), to the maximum extent permitted by law:
— Bizio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
— We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
— Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Security → Account management.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
