Software for an importer, an exporter or a distributor tends to fail in one of two directions. Either it is a spreadsheet with invoicing bolted on, which stops coping the moment stock sits in two warehouses and money moves in two currencies. Or it is an ERP built for a company with a finance department, priced and shaped accordingly, where six figures and half a year go by before anyone raises a purchase order.

Bizio is the attempt at the middle. One place where the quote becomes the order, the order becomes the shipment, and the money that arrives is matched back to it. The records an accountant needs come out of doing the work, rather than out of a second job on Sunday night.

That means the boring parts are the point. Stock that moves when you dispatch it, freight and duty that land inside the unit cost, the rate used written on the document so the numbers still reconcile at month end. Where something is not built yet, the product says so instead of pretending: Bizio prepares and exports customs and export paperwork but lodges nothing with an authority, and it works out tax but files nothing with the ATO.
